Description: Can only be used with the lightning bow. User gather chakra in their arm to rapidly fire 3 lots of 3 arrows in a row. Because of chakra in the arms, they move at an incredable speed thus letting the user quickly change targets if needed.

Chakra usage: 1/3 of user chakra

Jutsu user: Kimakazi Hyuuga
